Indeed, absolutely pointless. Celebrity culture confounds me. What's worse is the soap magazines, which publish all of the future story lines in advance, making the act of actually watching the show irrelevant.

dear who ever i am very very disgusted with your services of late.i finished work early the other day to see my kids now you bus was 1 hour and 45 minutes late which meant i missed out on 2 hours with my kids. i feel paying £6 for a bus ticket takes the mick to be honest and the fact you turn up nearly 2 hours late is appaling and would like some reinbursments for my troubles and missing time with my children. if something is not done about this appaling service i will a change to alterantive transport get everyone i no to do the same and if i do not recieve any sort of compliments i will take it higher the choice is yours do what you will and so will i. i hope i hear from u soon thanks for your time

I have just read so many complaints about Stagecoach, I feel I should add mine as it was very serious...........was to me but Stagecoach did not give a damm.
I was on a bus to Dundee when a man sitting beside me felt he had the right to put his hand on my leg, he then continued to run his hand up and down my leg. At first I froze in utter panic. The bus was packed I started to scream telling this man to get his hands off me. The driver stopped the bus, I was yelling to call the police, I was in a state. The driver asked the man the man to move, he then drove the bus to Dundee, The bus was full and not one person offered me help. When we reached Dundee the people got off, so did this man, I got off in a daze. The first Stagecoach employee I asked for help asked me to fill in a form. I thought he had gone mad. In tears I called home, while stagecoach employees walked past me. Finally I demanded that a manager/supervisor talk to me. Then and only then was the police called.

My story pales into nothing compared to yours. That really is awful. But again, they don't really go out of their way to publicise these things from what I can see. Especially when you consider that a lot of elderly people use their services and aren't going to have internet access.

Had really big problems with Stagecoach this week. The area where I live only has one bus service which is the 76. There have been road works and the bus has been taking a different route over the past couple of weeks, which has meant that the buses have been running at about 10 minutes late. The estate has a large number of elderly people living on it, and the bus is the only form of transport for many of them. On Monday I got on the bus at 4:40pm after I had picked my autistic Son up from school and when nearing the estate the bus drove past it. We had to get off and walk the 25 minute walk. Which is on a hill. My son has difficulties walking far, so this was very difficult. On going on the Stagecoach website today, I found this notice:

"76 diversion 8th June 2009
5 June 2009
As a result of the continuing roadworks in the Limeside area we have been experiencing problems with our reliability on the 76 service. Whilst these are out of our control, we want to ensure that we are able to offer a reliable service to our valued passengers.

From Monday 8th June 2009 this service will be re-routed to operate via Hollins ROad between Trough Gate/ Elm Road and Limeside Road.

THE 76 WILL NOT SERVE ELM ROAD.

We would like to apologise to our customers travelling in the Limeside area and will restore the full route as soon as is practicable. We anticipate this being in 6 to 8 weeks."

I was so annoyed at the section which says "we want to ensure that we are able to offer a reliable service to our valued passengers." Does that mean that the passengers on Limeside are not valuable to them. I would rather have a service which is running late, than not one at all. At the moment I have had to take my son out of school, until alternative transport can be arranged for him. I think I will be buying a car in the next few weeks, as I will no longer be using there service.
